Fortunately, once you are aware of the elements of the sales process, you will be able to facilitate a sale with skill and confidence. In this module, you will learn to identify the stages of the buying and selling process. In addition, you will learn techniques that will ensure that you are focused on meeting the real needs of your clients. As a result, you will provide your clients with top-quality customer service every time.
