Module Outline

Seeking Advice is one course in a five-part series on Financial Management for Small Business. The series is designed to help business owners increase their profits by improving their financial management skills. It is unrealistic to think that a business owner can be an expert in every aspect of owning and running a business. Outside consultants and business professionals can provide you with the advice and professional expertise you need to make your business succeed. In this course you will learn how to assess your needs for outside assistance. We will review the business professionals that small companies typically consult. And finally, we will give you some strategies for choosing the right advisors for your business.
