The CD training is designed to have the CD play inside the computer CD-ROM player. It must be accessible in order for the training to play.

You only need the shockwave player for the online demos only, although they are the same as the product for web purposes we have configured them to play in shockwave. Why does the user interface in the LOB look different from what I see on my desktop?

Microsoft applications are highly customizable. For example, users can adjust the appearance of their applications by showing and hiding toolbars, or changing color schemes.

If I quit a course in the middle, can I later come back to the LOB at the place I left off?

No, but you can use the navigation buttons to jump to the screen of the LOB where you left off.
