Java 2: Introduction to Java 2
This course provides an introduction to the Java programming language.
Topics covered include the history of Java, main features of the
language, its differences from C++, the Java Virtual Machine, and
the Java Application Programming Interface. You will also learn
the methodology for creating and executing Java programs and applets.
An explanation of the tools provided by the SDK is included along
with an outline of Java's standard packages.
