I have been experiencing problems with my video card on my motherboard.
Operating System (Windows Version) : Windows XP
Operating System (Non-Windows OS Version) :
Motherboard Driver CD Version : ATI
Affected Program / Application / Game :
Symptom Descriptions : PC Partner RS350MS4-A45 P4 motherboard.
I've been having problem with the system (video) freezing up during use.
I've replaced the power supply, memory and hard drive. The Pentium chip
I am using is brand new as well.
It seems to be a problem with the 3D aspect of the video card because when I
remove the video drivers it works properly. When I install the drivers from the CD or from the PC Partner website I continue to have freezing. When I do the direct X information I get errors when I try to enable the 3D. |

If you have install any add-on card, you may temporary remove them in case resource conflict. In the BIOS setup, reload and save the optimal default.
The 3GHz processor is quite hot. Please make sure the CPU heatsink is properly installed. You could try to open the case cover and observe the problem again. The onboard VGA will share the system memory. Unstable memory may cause onboard VGA not stable. You could try to remove one of the RAM modules, and let the system runs at single channel mode. |

I\'ve tried it pretty much in every way.
I removed all of the add-on card, changing different bios setting including
the fail safe default as well as the optimal defaults.
The CPU temperature is not above average at the time of use, it has frozen within 5 minute of turning on the system for the first time.
I\'ve tried switching the RAM chips on the motherboard as well using only one at a time as well as both at the same time.
I have reinstalled the OS as well.
When the system reboots I have had several times the Microsoft warning that the display device has caused a serious error, as well I have had the blue screen that warns to contact the manufacturer. Also I have had the screen switch to a 640x480 2 color display with a windows warning that the system needs to reboot.
When I uninstall all of the drivers and all of the ATI software the system
runs well. I keep getting the new hardware detected popup.
I have also downloaded the newest driver, Bios from your website and
installed these as well.
Is there any way to disable the onboard video and run a video card on this motherboard?

You may refer below tested AGP cards. We recommend to install ATI brand
rather then the other AGP card.
However, your board may be a fault motherboard. If you install add-on AGP
card, the problem may still appear.
Once the add-on AGP card is installed, the onboard VGA will be disabled.
