The Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Guide - is a set of guidelines and best practices put together by the Project Management Institute (PMI). It is also the focus of the most widely recognized project management certification available: the Project Management Professional credential. This VTC course is part one of a four part series meant to provide users with a thorough understanding of the PMBOK Guide and complete preparation for the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam and the Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM) exam. This course will provide users with a high-level overview of the entire PMBOK Guide and will set the foundation for the courses that follow.
