Windows 98/ME Boot Disks

Make a floppy boot disk.

1. Click Start.
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Control Panel.
4. Click Add/Remove Programs.
5. Click Startup Disk.
6. Click Create Disk.

Windows 2000/XP Boot Disks

Make a floppy disk capable of booting Windows 2000.

Windows 2000
1. Double Click My Computer.
2. Format a blank floppy disk.
3. Copy boot.ini, NTLDR, NTDETECT.com and bootsect.dos(for dual boot system only). If you have a SCSI controller with its bios disabled also copy NTBOOTDD.SYS.
4. Reboot the computer and boot the from the floppy.

Windows XP
1. Windows XP Home Edition Boot Creator.
2. Windows XP Proessional Edition Boot Creator.
3. Download the appropriate .exe file.
4. Run this file it will create 6 bootable floppies for WIndows XP.
