This course provides a general overview of Cafeteria plans, also
known as Flexible Benefit plans, which were established under Section
125 of the Internal Revenue Code and IRS regulations. These plans
allow employers to offer customizable benefit packages to employees-something
that over 85% of women and 60% of men said influenced their decision
to stay with their present employer.

with these responsibilities.

Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes offer businesses

While not appropriate in all cases and subject to constitutional
and practical limitations, ADR processes can be used advantageously
in many disputes. Business managers should be thoroughly schooled
in ADR applications.
